Imagine the look on your child’s face when a big Double Decker bus pulls into the drive. Kids parties are up to 2 hours long, (longer hire available at the time of booking) The Nutty Squirrels Play Bus usually arrives 15 minutes before the party starts, which gives us time to park, get ready and welcome the birthday boy/girl aboard. Please note the party hirer must provide 2 adult members of the party to be on The Nutty Squirrels Play Bus at all times during the party. Areas 10 miles or more from Haverfordwest town centre will be liable for a
fuel charge of £1 for each return mile.

For this party, the party hirer is invited to bring their own food, beverages, birthday cake and party bags onto the bus. The party hirer is responsible for organizing any party games. This party includes:
  • The Nutty Squirrels Play Bus hire for one and a half hours
  • 1 CRB checked member of staff
The price for this party is: £110 on weekdays and £120 on Saturdays and Sundays
 
For this party, the party hirer is invited to bring their own food and beverages onto the bus. This party includes:
  • The Nutty Squirrels Play Bus hire for 2 hours
  • 2 CRB checked members of staff
  • A fabulous Birthday Cake and candles (theme'd cakes subject to availability)
  • Organized games and disco/karaoke
  • A quality party bag for all the children
The price for this party is: £165 on weekdays and £180 on Saturdays and Sundays
 
This party is the same as the SILVER PARTY option, but we supply all the children’s food and drinks. The food includes:
  • Sandwiches
  • Sausage rolls and savories
  • Crisps
  • biscuits and cakes
  • Yogurts
  • Fresh fruit
  • As much sugar free fruit squash as they can drink
Sandwich fillings are from our most popular list, but we will prepare any fillings you require. We use low fat and zero sugar options where possible. The price for this party is: £165 on weekdays and £180 on Saturdays and Sundays, Plus £3 per head. The maximum we will charge for the food is £45 (equivalent to 15 children). We ensure there is enough food at no extra charge if your party will have over 15 children in attendance (must be declared at time of booking).
   

Weddings

Weddings:

The play bus can be invaluable at weddings. While you enjoy your big day we will entertain the kids! Bored kids at speech time are a nightmare, the play bus can accommodate up to 25 children where they can free play on the bus or sit upstairs and colour or paint, we also have a disco and karaoke on the bus and if they sit still for long enough we will play organized games with them. For weddings we will have 3 CRB checked members of staff on the bus. At least two will be females The play bus is available for hire between 10am and 9pm 7 days a week.

The price for Weddings is £300 for the first three hours and £50 per hour thereafter. Depending on where your wedding is there may be a fuel surcharge. Areas over 10 miles from Haverfordwest town centre will be liable for a fuel charge of £1 per every return mile. Please contact us directly and we would be happy to discuss your requirements.

Christenings:

Why not have a party at home after your christening? We can park in your driveway or at the curb side outside your home. Ideal kids entertainment, take the hassle out of your day, we will entertain the children and wear them out too! They can even have their lunch/tea on the bus if you like. The children can free play or colour and paint, we have a disco and karaoke on the bus and if they sit still long enough we will play organized games with them. For christenings the bus will have 3 CRB checked members of staff. At least two will be females. The play bus is available for hire between 10am and 9pm 7 days a week. If you are meeting at a pub or restaurant somewhere other than your home it may be possible for us to attend, we would be happy to deal directly with owners and landlords.

How to Book a Party

We have a very busy schedule so its best to book as soon as possible, to give the kids a party they will never forget! All you need to do is contact us. All our details can be found on the Get in touch page. If you haven't planned ahead or need us sooner rather than later, its always worth contacting us, we may have a cancellation and be able to fit you in.


Terms & Conditions

  • A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required upon booking, the balance is due no less than 7 days before the party.
  • The play bus will normally be parked at the curb side but please make sure enough space is available to park the play bus, approximately five car lengths, you may want to ask your neighbours to help you on this, alternatively it can be parked in your driveway (again, space permitting).
  • For parking guidelines please do not hesitate to contact us.
  • The play bus will remain stationary for the duration of the party.
  • Finally we need 2 adult members of the party on the play bus at all times.
